After more than a year of research, we made our purchase of a Volvo XC60 In December of 2021. After 90 days of ownership, the new vehicle had been in the service department 26 days (something we never expe of a Volvo XC60 In December of 2021. After 90 days of ownership, the new vehicle had been in the service department 26 days (something we never expected from a "luxury" car.) After multiple meetings with service department manager, sales manager, Justin W. and our original salesman, Daniel A., we were told that, because of the multiple issues that were recurring with the car, the car would be replaced. We waited patiently for the delivery of Volvo #2 while still driving a malfunctioning Volvo #1. Weeks later, we entered the dealership to take delivery of Volvo #2. We spoke to Justin W and Daniel A and a verbal deal was made, only to find out weeks later that the verbal deal suddenly changed after we were in the finance department. They had us sign documents that took a $10,000+ refund that was due back to us from the original extended warranty and apply it as a "down payment" on Volvo #2 without explanation. Obviously, our verbal agreement that was made with Justin and Daniel was without merit. We are shocked and appalled by the behavior of the sales staff at Grubbs Volvo in Grapevine and encourage anyone who may consider purchasing a car at the dealership to bring an attorney or a friend who is knowledgeable in "reading the fine print" with you when making a purchase. Where has honesty and integrity gone? We did not find it at Grubbs Volvo in Grapevine. This is our worst car buying experience in over 40 years of purchasing new vehicles. More
I only thought it was excellent service and a transparent process until 5,000 miles later! Jason really seems like a nice young guy that’s learning the job, but I hope he doesn’t learn the shadiness from his management. 1st red flag that my wife pointed out was the executive sales manager Wes Hays who helped out with the deal bc Jason was new, showed us a document of what it cost to get the vehicle certified. He of course then told us we couldn’t take the document with us, why bc it ended up not being a certified Volvo even though I have signage from inside the vehicle marked as such. Again my mistake for not being more thorough and asking better questions when signing the paperwork and seeing something that didn’t make sense to what I had been told. 2nd and which I feel much more egregious than the first, I specifically asked what the tread on tires were like. Can’t remember if it was Jason or Wes that said they were “new”. Which brings me to 5,000 miles and roughly 6 months after purchase, I went to get them rotated at Discount Tire and was told they couldn’t be rotated bc one of the tires was at their 3/32’s threshold. No way right, 5,000 miles ago they were all supposedly new. Come to find out they had only replaced 2 of the tires before selling the vehicle to me. Sorry, I took them for their word and didn’t run the vehicle to a tire center before purchasing. I’ve since reached out to the manager Shad Warren and was told that the tires were within Volvo’s and still are resale specs so there was nothing he could do. I guess Volvo allows dealers to sell used vehicles with 4/32 tread, even though when you hit 3/32 you’ll be buying new tires. Nevermind the fact that his employee flat out lied to me when I asked. I even took the vehicle to a different Discount, bc Jason and Shad mentioned they might just be trying to sell me a new set of tires. Rating came back 4/32 and 6/32 compared to the 8’s on the back. Just beware, it’s very possible you could be buying new tires after 5,000 miles of purchasing a used Volvo through this dealership! More

The sales process wasn’t pushy to any degree, and I walked away feeling like I knew the exact car that I wanted for me and my first-class experience. Even after the sales process, the team was extremely helpful in properly setting up my new Volvo and making sure I felt comfortable. Lastly I even had a great experience with the finance team. They had an educated team and got me through the process efficiently. There are other ways I can give this process kudos like the clean atmosphere and professionalism across the board as soon as you walked in the door. I will be a repeat customer. More
Bought a pre-owned vehicle 2 days ago at Grubbs Infinity in Grapevine. Jalea, our sales person, was wonderful and we appreciate how well she communicated with us throughout the inquiry, shopping, and buying in Grapevine. Straightforward Christian young lady who showed us the cars we came to see and helped us. Christopher Fitter in finance was great, too. Very efficient and nice. Jalea was so great with the purchase and even after readying the car pulled it into the special showroom area and put a huge red bow on it so we could take pictures! This was so special to me and really was going the extra mile that was just icing on the cake! You have a beautiful showroom and facility at Grubbs. Very clean and pleasant. Love the patio, the restrooms, the lounge with water and snacks, the phone charging stations. We will definitely shop Grubbs again. More

Worst car buying experience ever! I believe that because I was a woman, they thought I lacked care buying knowledge and tried to take advantage of me. I stopped by to look at a Volvo I believe that because I was a woman, they thought I lacked care buying knowledge and tried to take advantage of me. I stopped by to look at a Volvo XC90 on April 2nd; it was a Saturday, and as you can imagine it was a busy place. Found the right car, the sales guy Ben was patient, and he tried. The sales manager Shad in the "back" offered the bare minimum on my trade. KBB on the Grubbs Volvo website was offering $7200 more than what they first showed me. After I refused the first offer, they quickly went up by 5,500. The rest of the process was deceitful, promising to take off the dealer add-ons and not reveal the interest rate, only payments, and terms. After wasting 5 hours of a Saturday, I left the dealership and regretted ever having stopped at Grubbs Volvo. I have since purchased a Volvo at a Dallas Volvo dealership and had an exceptional experience. More
