Got my oil changed at Grubbs Nissan in Bedford Texas August 15th 2020My service plan issued when I bought the car June 1st 2019 said I got 2 free oil changes(not 2 free in one year). Due to COVID I've n August 15th 2020My service plan issued when I bought the car June 1st 2019 said I got 2 free oil changes(not 2 free in one year). Due to COVID I've not had to drive much(working at home). I currently have 8500 miles on my 14 month old vehicle. I brought my vehicle in expecting to have a free oil change left. I was told the oil change expired June 1. I realize that rules are rules but due to these difficult times it would have been nice to see Grubbs step up and honor the 2 oil change deal. Its no ones fault that I'm not accumulating miles at a normal pace. I realize you've already sold me the vehicle and don't need to be customer focused but it would have been nice More

Our service contact John Tucker was excellent. He communicated extremely well throughout the whole process of our car repair. He was very diligent in getting to the root of our car issue.
