The service manager Donny was very nice and helpful, and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Also, took care of coordinating with the body shop for body repairs for me. I wanted to note: apparently Liberty Mutual insurance had initially declined some parts to save themselves money, which caused me to send the car back for more repairs, and ended up costing the insurance more for car rental, and causing me more hassle.
