I always get good service at Grubbs. They don’t try to rip me off and tell me the car has problems I know it doesn’t have. But when it does actually have a problem they tell me. This time the battery fai rip me off and tell me the car has problems I know it doesn’t have. But when it does actually have a problem they tell me. This time the battery failed the cold cranking amps test. This battery was in the car during the big freeze in Feb 2021 so I already knew I probably needed to get a new battery. So I let them put in a new battery and now I don’t have to worry about getting stuck somewhere with a dead battery. Giving good service, doing the work correctly, and never trying to lie to me sells cars. I consistently get excellent service from Grubbs. As long as that keeps happening, I will never buy cars anywhere else. Your service department sells cars and there is nothing any car salesman can do to override the service department. At Grubbs they don’t even need a sales dept because their service dept sells cars. Having car salesmen at Grubbs is pretty much a waste. Keep up the great service and you will never have to worry about getting repeat car buyers. Your service department generates loyal customers. All the sales dept at Grubbs needs is people to do paperwork for car buyers and show cars to customers. More

Went in for a oil leak with no appointment. Was still greeted and put in the queue of cars. My service advisor Buddy had helped me out drastically. Kept me updated, got me a shuttle home and all. Called greeted and put in the queue of cars. My service advisor Buddy had helped me out drastically. Kept me updated, got me a shuttle home and all. Called me a few hours later and told me it was a hole in the oil filter. He said because they were the last ones to touch it, they'll take care of it. Got her back and she runs like a dream. More
