Came in for my first oil change on a 22 car I guess showing up early doesn't help making an appointment it took over 2 hours just to get the car back not washed and somehow my glasses disappeared from showing up early doesn't help making an appointment it took over 2 hours just to get the car back not washed and somehow my glasses disappeared from the passenger seat. I had to wait another 2 hours on 2 different techs to get back so they can just say they didn't see no glasses.... Why would 2 different techs need to be asked? Makes me believe they went joyriding in my car. What a great experience for a first time buyer from the service department now I'm without glasses and I'm the one who has to pay after paying $80 for an oil change.... More

Today,July 2,2022, I scheduled an oil change at around 3pm. Got there just for an oil change.A tech came back in the lounge room and said to me ,' I can't let you have the vehicle back' In dismay I say an 3pm. Got there just for an oil change.A tech came back in the lounge room and said to me ,' I can't let you have the vehicle back' In dismay I say and your reason is .. there is a recall on the vehicle for ABS brake. I right away snap, I have been here for service on 3 occasions for oil change if safety had been your utmost concern for and my family I believe a reputable dealership that has all my contacts could have reach way before my visit today stating recall and I consenting base on their recommendation to have that service completed. But the technician right away became the law enforcer HAVING THE effrontery telling I can't have you take the vehicle. Grubbs need to train their technician. You are not law enforcer neither is Nissan an enforcer. That pushy style of Business is a reputation killer. Competent Professional performs services at request and make recommendations not enforce or impound your vehicle when you only go in for oil change. If you were concern according to this fellow. You could have email me or call. Not because you incidentally see me pop at your store and suddenly want to ruin my July 4 ,2022 weekend for a part that you don't currently have in stock.
