Only to be told that I was going to have the police called on me if I did not leave. I was not give any information on what was done to my vehicle while it was there for 8 days. As soon as I called Grubbs Nissan they set an appointment for my requested recall to be done and they order the parts they need to complete the repair and as soon as they call me to bring my car they get it for my requested recall to be done and they order the parts they need to complete the repair and as soon as they call me to bring my car they get it done in the same day and they order me a Lyft.to take me back home and back to the dealer when they finish my repair,I’m happy with the service. Dealership damaged my car, removed/lost a trim piece, while in their possession. I called the service representative (Buddy Melvin), who promised to call back with a response and never did. How can I trust a dealership with a new car purchase if I cannot trust them not to respond to a simple service issue like this. I purchased a new vehicle from them several years ago. But based upon this awful experience with them, I will NEVER AGAIN do business with Grubbs. Buyer beware! More
