I bought my car in Dec. and while I was told that he would text me all his information, I got nothing! Then, after waiting and waiting and waiting for my tags, I finally had and while I was told that he would text me all his information, I got nothing! She wanted to know if I wanted them mailed and when I asked about them being put on like my last car she said she didn't do that and mentioned who did. I just had her mail them to me instead. Plus, someone called about warranty and I asked why me key fob remote start wouldn't work after changing the battery and was told to check U Tube. I was needing help and didn't receive it in either case. You lost your reputation with me Grubbs. Now I will get my key fob programmed and buy a second one elsewhere. I am so unhappy with you.
