Very disappointing service. I took the car in last week and they said i needed a new rack and pinion which they fixed. After picking up the car I couldn't steer. I took it I took the car in last week and they said i needed a new rack and pinion which they fixed. After picking up the car I couldn't steer. I took it back and they said they had told me it also needed new power steering and I declined it. That never happened. I needed the car operational. So now I'm without a car for another 5 days on top of the 5 days last week. I will be buying a new car in the next year and this will make me switch to another brand. More
Dropped it off in the AM, was greeted very nicely. Gentlemen quickly processed ny requests; oil change & alignment. Since id figured it'd take a couple hours i went home. Took until around 2pm - 3pm to finally get a call bacl but was asked that in order to get the alignment I'll need a tire rotation. Did not hear back until 1 hour before closing, 6pm, which i was told the alignment wasnt completed. Afterwards took about 10 minutes for the vehicle to finally get pulled out. Usually this location is pretty good about their work, and maybe for a the fact that it was near 4th of July (07/03/2023) and most of their employees were not in on the evening, it took all day to get 2/3rds of the job done. A holiday isn't an excuse to not complete a job but I understand. Overall, its usually pretty good, I'll take that day was an exception. More

Chad was rude and condescending and did not keep us updated. We only got excuses whenever we called to see what the status of the vehicle was. Then we were charged for work that was not authorized and updated. We only got excuses whenever we called to see what the status of the vehicle was. Then we were charged for work that was not authorized and had to “fight” to get it taken off. Also the paperwork showed an additional 500 miles from when it was received. Asked to speak to service manager and felt like we got “lip service.” Will not return to this dealership for any reason! More
