Terry was on the ball! When I drove up for service that morning before work to drop off my vehicle, he was walking out to greet me. He listened to the voice message I left for him about it and returned the called to say he got the message and had the item ready. They were above and beyond friendly when we got out of our vehicle to look at the used car. They didnt try to haggle us or make us look at something we were not interested in.
