We came in looking at cars found one we liked and sat down to start to work out a deal we ran into a small hiccup but nothing major. Then Pete the sales manager came in and after once he came in I was no down to start to work out a deal we ran into a small hiccup but nothing major. Then Pete the sales manager came in and after once he came in I was not impressed he had a degrading tone everytime we spoke and eventually richard said we could take the car home while we try to work things out, this was on a saturday well we spoke to pete on wednesday and told hIm on wednesday that it would be monday before we could finalize everything and he said ok thn friday we were woth our family for the holidays and pete started harrasing us with phone calls and then came to our house being extremely rude and unprofessional and used profanity towards me. At first I was impressed with them but how how rude and unprofessional pete was towards me and the fact that he came to my house and used profanity was very inappropriate and I will not be doing buisness with them now or in the future. More

We purchased a new 2013 Infiniti G37 last Monday from Aaron Schwartz. I called him at 10am on Monday and told him what I was looking for and would come by on my lunch break. It was his kindness, preparedness, and willing to go that extra mile that made us choose to buy an Infiniti from him rather than Sewell Infiniti. He really above and beyond in a short amount of time. We purchased the car and drove it home that night. I appreciate him even putting a big red bow on the top for my early Christmas present. I will definitely recommend him to my friends! So the wife and I went to Grubbs to look at the M37, not really expecting to purchase anything but really to just check out the car. After asking the receptionist for a sales person, Julie Pearson was call really expecting to purchase anything but really to just check out the car. After asking the receptionist for a sales person, Julie Pearson was called to the front. She was VERY friendly and helpful right from the get go. She is very knowledgeable of the products and her job and was absolutely able to answer all of our questions. After going for a test drive, i was sold but since it was going to the the wife's car it was really her decision. After working up some numbers and being just a bit apart, Julie asked if there was anyway to make something work. Her attitude made us feel at ease. In the end we were able to find common ground. She actually acted like she was having fun. A quality you don't find in many sales agents. Nick was also very polite while filling out the finance paperwork.
