DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this dealership. They charge a “luxury package” of 3495.00 and a $899 doc fee! Most dishonest people I’ve met in a long time. Overall the experience of buying a car with Grubbs was good. The sales rep Reyana did a great job of working through the purchase details with me and getting everything completed. After over a week of emailing attempting to contact management I’ve received no response. I was told initially nothing could be done, so I’ve essentially financed a service that wasn’t completed fully. I am most disappointed with the lack of communication after the sale was completed.
