I was very excited to have found a car that looked great and was told it had additional equipment along with the comparable features I had on my Honda on their lot. I went immediately up there to test driv and was told it had additional equipment along with the comparable features I had on my Honda on their lot. I went immediately up there to test drive it. During the test drive I again asked if all the safety features and equipment were comparable such as lane assist, blind spot, cross traffic alert in rear camera etc. I was reassured that yes it did and when the car was ready they would show me exactly how to turn on all the features. We reached a deal i felt was fair for the used vehicle that was one yr newer then the car i was trading in. I signed the paperwork and was told to return the car the next day due to my concern with taking possession of a car that had damage on it that they agreed to fix and wanting a list verifying all the features. I brought the car back and when speaking with the person i was supposed to leave it with asked if he could tell me how to turn on the features i asked for. He informed me that this car did not offer two of the most important safety equipment i wanted which was the blind spot and back up cross traffic alert. I then called the sales rep and he told me that it did and he assured me he would show me how to turn it on when i picked up. I kept the loaner and flew out of town only to have the dealership call me and state they had sold the loaner i was in and would need to pick it up at the airport. I gave them the location where it was parked and they took the loaner and told me that they would meet me at curbside for pick up when i arrived with a new loaner till we got the issue with the car resolved. When i was about to fly home i received a call stating that they would not be bringing me a loaner but instead the car i had purchased as i now had to accept it as is and that the equipment i kept asking about is NOT on this car but i own it now and must take delivery. I refused to accept the new car and again asked how i was supposed to get from the airport. I even texted my sales guy when i arrived very late and asked him if i had to shuttle to hotel and then uber to work with no response. As of this morning I have now been ubering to my destinations with only one text asking if i will be in today to pick up my car. At this time i feel they have misrepresented a car i was purchasing and again would have taken immediately if it had the right equipment i specifically was inquiring about. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP as i truly had heard very positive things about them and felt like i would be treated in a great manner as I had never bought a used car before but thought it would be a like experience to my new car deal. My best experience at a dealership ever. Armani was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to really help us look through all of the possible car options that met our criteria, and once incredibly helpful and professional. This dealership is very nice. When you walk in you feel like you're in Luxury. The customer service is definitely the best I've ever encountered. Walid is the absolute best. This is our 4th time purchasing a brand new Acura and This is our 4th time purchasing a brand new Acura and this has officially set the new standard of expectations for us as customers. I truly though This is our 4th time purchasing a brand new Acura and this has officially set the new standard of expectations for us as customers. I truly thought I was going to buy my car online after my last purchase but this is a subtle reminder some things are meant to experience in person. For starters, this dealership is by far the biggest and most aesthetically pleasing Acura dealership we have been to and serves as a reminder you're buying a luxury product. The diversity in the building is such a welcoming environment and refreshing. Again seeing women in the business and people of color helps diversify client base. Our sales consultant Rania was knowledgeable, asked great opened ended questions and made the decision making process on deciding which vehicle to choose easy. She was transparent about pricing especially given the car market and truly worked hard to get us a good deal. She even found us loyalty credits through Acura financial. Before going to the dealership I spoke with her on the phone and mentioned we wanted to keep our payment around the same in which return she got us a even better deal by getting the highest possible positive equity in our trade in. She was quick and efficient none of the typical annoying sales stuff. The most soft spoken award goes to the sales manger Al. You can tell he wants every person who comes through the door to have a great customer experience. He’s constantly making sure everyone is doing good from staff to clients and isn’t hiding in some office sending out marching orders. He’s on the sales floor checking in with clients answering questions and walking around talking being human and real. Truly example of leading with humility. I recently got my car serviced at Godson Acura in Dallas. Go to Godson Acura first then come here and you’ll be surprised and delighted and never look back. More
Lied to me three times as far as price offered. Then screwed numbers to look like they were trying to be fair. Be careful as they play the sales games. Price difference between first offer & last offer was $4000 on a $33k car with trade in. Nice sales people but manager will try to take advantage. Walked away because I couldn't trust the numbers.
