DON'T GO TO GRUBBS ACURA, GRAPEVINE! !! I recently visited Grubbs Acura and dealt with Maseeh Khan and Will Adams III. I agreed to terms on a 2013 RDX. It had a scratch on the back w !! I recently visited Grubbs Acura and dealt with Maseeh Khan and Will Adams III. I agreed to terms on a 2013 RDX. It had a scratch on the back which they agreed to fix. Everyday they asked for an extension on fixing it, saying they were working on it and asking for more time. After a week Maseeh Khan told me they never worked on it and refused to give me straight answer on what is going on. His boss Will Adams was rude and also had no answers. I have now emailed the GM and climbing up the chain of command to get my 7500 deposit back. Next up is legal action. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THID PLACE!! RUN!!! More

Btw, INFESTED was their description to me…After spending another $3000 for a non infested car, they refuse to fix all of the issues with this car. Worst experience ever. They take advantage of single women and do not care what sort of danger they put their customers in. I’ve purchased two cars and driven two loaners in a span of 3 weeks.
