Overall down right worst experience ever on used cars I bought a Beetle Convertible and 4 days later the clutch and thermostat went bad. Left my wife on side of road. Grow Automotive sent a tow, while in shop for repair they did something to stereo and which was perfect when it went in.. 13 days later I get car back with 250 more miles on it and a empty tank of fuel when it was full when it was towed. While it was in shop everyday they called with new excuses on why it wasn't ready. Then I find out its ILLEGAL for them not to give me a title at the time of sale. Which I got the same day I picked it up from repair 17 days after purchase. More

Best Experience I Have Ever Had Buying A Car!!!! I had been shopping of a car for a long time and not finding the right car for my limited budget. I stopped into Grow Automotive when I spotted a 4Run I had been shopping of a car for a long time and not finding the right car for my limited budget. I stopped into Grow Automotive when I spotted a 4Runner on the lot. I spoke with Jack. He was very helpful and did not push me at all. I liked the vehicle and they let me take it to my mechanic for him to check it out. My mechanic told me that the vehicle looked great and they had even changed all of the fluids on the vehicle. I was going to finance the vehicle through my bank but Jack had mentioned that I should talk to Chris who handles finance at Grow. I filled out an application and within a few minuted Chris had me approved by Scott Credit Union at an interest rate that was a 5% lower than I was getting from my bank. They gave me a warranty thats good at any shop not just theirs with my car and they gave me a copy of the CarFax. About two weeks after I bought the car I started hearing a noise coming from the front end. I kinda freaked out. I gave Jack a call and he told me to take it to the shop that they use. It turns out it was a wheel bearing. I figured I would have to pay for it or they would split it or something. Without hesitation they took care of it at no charge to me. I'm not wasting my time going anywhere else next time I need a car. They will even find the car that I want if they don't have it. They have relationships with other dealers and can even go to the auction to get the exact car you want. Dave the owner was working with a lady when I came back into get my title. She said that he got her a 2013 Lexus for $3000 less than she could find one like it anywhere else. You guys knocked my socks off, -Melissa More
