This was the first time I was not greeted when I walked in and immediately I presented a coupon for oil change and the young lady let me know it would be $350 I reminded her that I had a coupon and she imm in and immediately I presented a coupon for oil change and the young lady let me know it would be $350 I reminded her that I had a coupon and she immediately tallied everything up again and it was like $200 dollars then they sent me an email for $1500 total approximately I said I just wanted oil change and this was the first time I have used a coupon apparently her communication skills are lacking and her salesmanship is poor. I used to love going there and seeing all those smiling faces especially Kyle. I can get an oil change anywhere! Thanks but no thanks More
