Brand new Toyota 25 Tacoma off road, at 7500 miles my transmission oil pump started having problems. Brakes were locking so got it into service. Parts back ordered took about a week to fix with no rental. When it was done I went to go pick it up but somehow they lost my key so I left and went to work, without a car again. They did drop it off to my work couple hours later so I’m all honesty they should’ve never lost it in the first place I guess it happens. But at 7500 miles a brand new Tacoma that cost 51 k shouldn’t have had problems anyways so yea what do I think? I think their inspections can tidy up a bit. They shouldn’t misplace keys at all. They have rentals for mistakes on the car that was not caused by their customers. And the lady that works the snack bar needs to do better. Couldn’t get a coffee cause it was off and she wouldn’t let us make one and a gentle man couldn’t get a snack or water without her guarding it just hassling him for no reason More

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your facility during my oil change earlier today, April 9th, 2026. The service manager who assisted me exhibited a significa service I received at your facility during my oil change earlier today, April 9th, 2026. The service manager who assisted me exhibited a significant lack of attention to detail. Several of my specific requests were not properly addressed or completed. Furthermore, I was promised a discount that was ultimately not applied to my bill. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered these issues with this particular individual. As a result of this experience, I feel I must request to work with a different service advisor during my future visits to ensure my vehicle is properly cared for. I look forward to hearing from you regarding how this matter will be resolved. More
