This is my go-to dealership for my car for many years, but lately I have not been satisfied. Longer wait times and honestly I do not see a point to booking an appointment, since my car isn’t looked at unt but lately I have not been satisfied. I had an appointment for 12:15 and I finally got the point inspection diagnostic until 12:59 and it was past 1 when I was talked about about the service and given a time estimate, which was not even accurate to when I was given my car. I didn’t even leave with my car until 4pm. More
