The dealership asks that you make an appointment but it doesn't matter because your car will sit there for days, untouched. No one calls about updates. At an oil change, they decided to power wash the hood of my truck. As would be expected, the paint chipped. The previous manager who was dealing with coordinating paint repair was fired.
