Charles was courteous, but when I spoke to him on the phone, he quoted me a price of $675 and said he'd get me at least a $25 discount for my senior, first responder and veteran status. But when I receiv phone, he quoted me a price of $675 and said he'd get me at least a $25 discount for my senior, first responder and veteran status. But when I received his voice-mail he quoted $775 with a $75 discount. Turned out to be about a $50 to $75 dollar difference.
