I called last week to make an appointment for 0930, timeliness is importing to me. I showed up at 0910 because if you’re on time you’re late and if you’re early you’re on time. It is now noon and I was informed that my truck just went into the bay for the oil change. They literally just wasted my entire morning. Quite possibly the last time I ever come to this dealership for ANYTHING! Complete disregard for my time, just plain disrespectful. More

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Shamaley, I was in desperate need of getting my truck fixed. The truck needed repairs due to workmanship from another dealer.
