We had an appointment for an oil change at 3:30 PM. We did not get out of there until 5 PM. I went to check on my truck and I noticed it was parked there already. She said she would be behind on her paperwork and couldn’t give me a receipt of the service it was done that you would mail it to me or email it to me. I’ve done business for a long time. I have never had this problem before They never came to tell us what was going on and why was it taking so long? I have one more oil change on my contract. This may be the last time I change oil there. I have always done business with Jesse. He is great. He knows his job. This young girl needs a little bit more training. Jesse had other customers.
