From the time I walked into the dealership and until I walked out, I was treated with respect. Everyone was nice and quick to acknowledge me. Theo Palomera took care of my financing and he also worked hard to find great deal on my vehicle. A couple of weeks after I picked up the Equinox, I returned to the dealership to pick up floor liners that I ordered and the gentlemen in the accessories department brought them out to my vehicle and I really appreciate their assistance. I picked up my license plates in reasonable time and the receptionist was really nice and quick to acknowledge my presence. I truly can say that everyone at Sterling McCall Chevrolet is willing to go above and beyond to make a customer happy.
