Sold car that lasted only 2 months. Engine was diagnosed by independent mechanic as well as Grote. Although the car was only about $2500 (in trade equity), one would expect it to last more than 2 months. Th by independent mechanic as well as Grote. The owner offered no credits, repair, or anything all the while telling me that "sometimes you have to take responsibility" and that buying a used car is a "gamble." Fred needs to listen to his own advice and take responsibility for the junk they put on their lot. If you like yo gamble, shop at Grote. More

To be honest the car sales part of it sucks. but the service part is awesome now. Nate did a grerat job with my blazer. he got me a heck of a deal thru warranty company. i should say he knows how to exp service part is awesome now. I gave a good rating because the employee's were very helpful. The employee that help me directly really seemed like he cared about helping me get my first car loan, He was very patient because at times helpful. They worked with us on getting the car to run good. The car looked different when we test drove it compared to when we looked at it when it first came in. i wanted a deal that i wanted,i went else where and was not approved. upon entering grote kris was nice and understanding.
