If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a vehicle from them back in January 2023. That experience was your true car salesman nonsense. We were offering full price, cash, and th We purchased a vehicle from them back in January 2023. That experience was your true car salesman nonsense. We were offering full price, cash, and they still tried to get every penny from us with all the extra fees. This car was a very older model car and nothing fancy. Since it was not a high priced car, we felt from the beginning they just didn’t care about the process. Fast forward to now, the car is completely not drivable and needs thousands of dollars of work. Not even a year later! We bring it to them and ask if they would purchase it back and Bill (who we have used from the beginning) offers $500. We agree to take that offer, but wait! Bill clearly never ran this by the sales manager and the sales manager doesn’t want the car now. So not only did they lie straight to our face saying they would take the car back, we haven’t even had this car for a full year and they completely don’t care about their customers. We will never buy “local” and definitely stay clear from them. With some people buying a car is a huge process, and this one we felt used and not definitely not cared for as a customer. After all the horror stories I have heard at other dealerships this dealership had given me one of the best experiences for buying a new car. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! (Grossman Collision Center): They took $1,400+ from me and DID NOTHING! Went to look at a car they were asking 62,000. It is a 10 year old car and they were asking 10% higher than when it was brand new in 2013. I thought cars depreciate over time. When I got there they told me because of the low mileage I could not test drive the car. They want 70,000 for a car you can not drive. I could have avoided wasting my time which I drove 30 minutes each way by telling me the truth. As I was leaving they gave the sale person lie that someone was trying to buy this sight unseen. Who buys a used car sight unseen and does not drive it. All of this could have been avoided if they were truthful and did not want to get you in the dealership. If you do want to go there ask if you can test drive the car because something bad is going on in Grossman Chevrolet. More
