It took 2 days to have them supposedly fix the "clunking" noises from loose stabilizer bars and it still making "clunking" sounds going over rougher city streets and bumps. I've been coming here for 20+ years, and it's always been OK, sometimes better, sometimes a little less good, the usual that one would expect. Now, however, the main problem seems to be that their internal system of communication between departments is dodgy and haphazard, so information that is supposed to get to the customer is preceded by a form of broken telephone at their end. Consequently, the customer is told things: late, wrong, not at all. The service dept doesn't seem to have much awareness that every one of their customers is a potential sales customer in the future. At one point, because my service advisor had left early for the day, I tried to call to convey some needed information. Eight attempts later, no exaggeration, ( 2 disconnects, several more with a live person sending me to voicemail though I said I needed to talk to an actual human, and the best - a young man saying he wouldn't walk over to the dept across the pavement to convey msg) I gave up. Maybe permanently. More
