Now that I able to use this new technology enjoying my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. Previously I had a Ford Escape for 13 years and a Ford Explorer for 22 years. Chose to check out your dealership due to good Subaru rating and glad I did! Wish I could remember names of all the sales people I came in contact with when I just stopped by to as questions . The crew was more interested in their breakfast burrito order than assisting customers. When I was helped, it was curt and brief. There was no attention to what my needs were just how they could push me ou order than assisting customers. When I was helped, it was curt and brief. There was no attention to what my needs were just how they could push me out the door as fast as possible. When I got my inspection report back, they did not walk me through it to help me understand what any of it meant. When I got in my car, I found an envelope with a generic offer to by my car based on the Kelley Blue Book appraisal. There was no personalized touch. This made me feel like this dealership did not care about me as a customer but just saw me as an easy transaction. I have been going to this dealership to get my car serviced since I bought my car, but this last visit was a big turn off. I will not be coming again, and I have shared with family and friends my experience. More

Brett was fantastic. I made an appointment a week ahead telling service exactly what I needed. Only to come and be told just won’t get it in today.
