I really like this dealership, but wish I was told ahead of time about the time it would take to get my car repaired. I am ok to not have my car for a few days, but I was not told ahead of time and it ended of time about the time it would take to get my car repaired. I was a walk in, and Tiannah Baca was the service assistant that greeted me. She assured me that Grove would fit me in the next day, and they did. As it turned out, my car did require some serious me assistant that greeted me. She assured me that Grove would fit me in the next day, and they did. As it turned out, my car did require some serious mechanical work, and Tiannah kept me informed through out the entire process. I knew that she understood the timing situation for my trip, and she did everything possible to make sure I felt safe on for my travels. I will ask for Tiannah whenever I come in for service.
