I paid for windshield replacement when I bought my 2022 ascent. I called groove Subaru multiple times to get it replaced and was told to call multiple different places to file the claim. Finally went into ascent. I called groove Subaru multiple times to get it replaced and was told to call multiple different places to file the claim. Finally went into the dealership because my hatch broke within the first year and the sales manager asked the service manager to help me. They replaced my windshield but it had a 3 inch scratch across the middle bottom of the windshield. Noticeable immediately. It was inside the glass. I asked them to fix it. They took my car for another 2 weeks and replaced it. They gave me a free rental car but overall had my car for 3 weeks. They left me with an empty tank of gas, my car was dirty on the outside, and there were glass shards inside my car on the dash, floor mats, and seats. More

I had an appointment Monday, Tech update, fixing a sun roof seal, and figure out the power draw that killed my battery. The car didn't even get into the garage until Friday.
