One recent service, my windshield wiper fluid was not refilled, which sounds small but made me concerned because it left me wondering what other fluids had not been checked. This last visit, the rep w refilled, which sounds small but made me concerned because it left me wondering what other fluids had not been checked. This last visit, the rep was challenging to communicate with. His updates were not clear. My car was not ready when I arrived. I was overcharged per his documentation and the rep who checked me out had to run around verifying paperwork. That rep was super squared away and professional, and she was the positive highlight of an otherwise negative experience. Not sure if I will be returning. Will see... More
