I’ve had to take my car in a few times because it keeps rattling. The first time they ordered the wrong part. They were supposed to order the right one and contact me but they never did. It was ok because rattling. The first time they ordered the wrong part. They were supposed to order the right one and contact me but they never did. It was ok because they managed to get it to stop rattling while they had it the first time. The next time I took it in I told them it was rattling in a different spot. They didn’t even look at the spot where it was rattling. It’s a brand new 2023 car that I paid $53000 for. It should not be rattling. Service has always been nice just frustrated with the lack of follow through and the rattling. More
