I loved that they gave me a complimentary Lyft back to my house and again to pick up my car (especially since the service only took a couple hours). (For instance, I had mentioned a few times I didn't need my tires rotated and even wrote a sticky note, but they were rotated.) They're giving me a complimentary rotation next time, though. More
