It was a good experience other than about 20 mins before my appointment I got a call stating that I would be like an extra 2 1/2 hours like the first appointment I have here . Seem to be a constant issues w my appointment I got a call stating that I would be like an extra 2 1/2 hours like the first appointment I have here . Seem to be a constant issues with this location. They did offer me a free Lyft to get home because of the delay and were very helpful and nice during the interaction with the staff More
So I’m not one to usually leave reviews but the Service Department keeps asking for my feedback so here goes… I just moved to the area and this was my first visit to Groove Subaru. I brought my Crosstre Department keeps asking for my feedback so here goes… I just moved to the area and this was my first visit to Groove Subaru. I brought my Crosstrek in for a problem with the remote start system. I was pleasantly surprised that their first available appointment was the next day and I think they did fix the problem so kudos there. Since there was a Subaru TSB out addressing the problem with a straightforward fix requiring an average of 0.4 hours, I expected this to be fast. They insisted up front that they needed the car for 24-48 hours which was a bit inconvenient but I agreed to it. After blowing through the 48 hour estimate with numerous vague “we’re looking into it” type updates, they ended up keeping the car for almost 5 full work days. That would have been one thing if the problem was really complicated, instead, the fix was as per the TSB and my receipt listed a total 1.3 hours of tech time. So 5 days to get around to 1.3 hours of work… not impressed. Also found their prices very high. $96 for an oil change (I’ve paid $75 at Subaru dealers in both Ft Collins and Loveland in the past 6 months) and they wanted $70 to change a cabin air filter which the Groove Subaru parts department is selling online for $16.82. Paying over $50 for the 2 min of labor to install a new filter is an absolute rip-off. Since there are several other Subaru dealers and independent shops specializing in Subaru’s in the area I’ll be checking those options out before going back to Groove. More
Great experience! Enjoyed the waiting room area with the coffee and snacks. Always appreciate honesty and not finding these to fix that don’t need to be. Good service and responsive. They made this an easy process even though I have to come up from Monument CO. They made this an easy process even though I have to come up from Monument CO. More

Service Rep. (young blonde girl) knew an amazing amount about my Subaru Crosstrek. Very impressive BUT your oil change pricing is way too high.
