Delays in picking me up to get car Dealership performed maintenance on my vehicle and was to come pick me up when completed. I did get a prompt call letting me know the work was done, yet no mention of an individual coming to get me. I called back and they said vehicle was on its way, it is a 15 to 20 minute drive. I called back 40 minutes later they said they were on the way. He also mentioned he would call the driver to verify. Never received a call back. Place my third call another hour later and find myself waiting on hold.. Very poor experience, hoping they did better on the maintenance work. Don't know yet as I am still on hold. Adding one more update. Just spent 23 minutes on hold to find out my pickup is still on their way. I am now 2 1/2 hours delayed in getting my car.. More
Disappointed Service I took my Subaru Legacy in for an oil change and a multi-point inspection in January and left with a service report of needing almost $5,000 in work. Head gasket repair, arm bushings, steering rack, transmission flush, timing belt, etc.. Almost every other time I come into this Subaru, I either need a tremendous amount of work done or none at all. I brought my car back to have the cabin air filter changed on March 18th and asked for another multi-point inspection and mentioned the steering was being weird. When they called me out, I needed absolutely no work done. Amazing that the last time I was here, I needed all that was mentioned above done and now my car is in perfect running condition. When I asked about the steering, the girl said, oh xxxx. Another man was there also and I mentioned all of the above work that I was told that I needed and he seemed confused. He mentioned that they didn't left the car to look underneath. What is included in the multi-point inspection then? He proceeded to take my car back to take a look at all of the above that I mentioned and when he came to get me, said that it didn't look like anything was wrong to him. Now, one of your technicians either needs more training or shouldn't be working there if they are not able to diagnose a Subaru at a Subaru dealership properly. I was told I would receive a call on 3/20 in regards to this and haven't heard anything. Now I feel worried and unsure about whether or not to trust this Subaru or if they are even being honest about what work I actually need done. Or they are just trying to scam Subaru owners who don't know much about cars out of their hard earned money. Either way, being a customer, im supposed to trust that I am getting the best service and I don't consider every other time I bring my car in, either being told it's great or it's terrible. I'm extremely disappointed in the service here and I'm unsure as to whether I need all of this work done or if I'm being lied to. More

After you buy, they are just like anyone else and would rather not deal with you again. I had what looks like a stress crack form in the sunroof of my 2017 Forester. The sales rep emailed me about my satisfaction and asking for positive reviews and I brought up the crack. Never heard back. I called about it and was cold-transferred to the voicemail of a 3rd party autoglass shop. I got a recall notice and went in for that in January, also thinking I could use that opportunity to talk to someone about the glass. The manager onsite told the rep to take a picture of it and that Subaru would likely just fix it since the car is new but corporate was closed that day so I'd hear back later. A month after that, I called again and was told someone would get back to me. I just tried again today a month later after the last call but hung up while waiting on hold. I'm through and my enthusiasm for owning a Subaru is gone. I'll probably just have to pay to get this fixed and consider it a loss. Too bad I actually bought an extended warranty from such a crappy company. More

Window Tint I recently purchased a new Outback. I made an appointment to drop off my car for window tinting and a clear bar application. Since I live on the oth I recently purchased a new Outback. I made an appointment to drop off my car for window tinting and a clear bar application. Since I live on the other side of town (30 minute drive) I scheduled to drop off my car the day before to avoid two round trips in one day. After Anne heard about my commute she contacted the service department. She was able to get my car in and out so I didn't have to make an extra trip across town. I was lucky that the service department had an opening and thankful that Ann took the initiative to help my situation. Since I was a new owner she also took the time out of her day to go over any questions that I had about my vehicle. This helped since I had not sat down and studied the manual. Thank you Anne for a great experience! More

I have been ignored, lied to and apparently people here don't recall what was discussed and frequently lose their memory. Tried calling and leave messages but no one returns my calls. Plus I got sent to 5 other people before being sent to voicemail. My car was held for three weeks to do an inspection and fix a wiper. We told the service department to do several other fixes but they didn't remember us telling them.Seriously? Glad I didn't pay for a rental car or I would have sent the bill to the dealership. Even got into an argument with the service department about who was right! Just flat out unacceptable, would never recommend anyone here. More
