Our 2017 Forester transmission suddenly, with NO warning broke. Ron took our frantic call, arranged for the tow truck . Once the car arrived at Groove, he called and told us that the transmission needed to broke. Ron took our frantic call, arranged for the tow truck . Once the car arrived at Groove, he called and told us that the transmission needed to be replaced, etc. He kept us informed and even though the Subaru Assist agent told us we had to pay for the tow, Ron told us that since we had the extended warranty, to call Subaru Assist and ask for reimbursement. We were reimbursed. Thank goodness we had the extra warranty to cover the transmission charges. Ron kept us informed and was helpful and we still are all 'befuddled' as to why the transmission broke with such low mileage. Hopefully Subaru can do an investigation. More

I expected a hassle over a warranty issue for my seat cover, and it went completely smoothly. I got a very nice loaner vehicle. The team accommodated me even though the coupons were expired. The prices for my service were not cheap but seemed reasonable. My only issue was when a link was sent for my services completed, the charges were overstated, and that's a concern. It just caused some extra unneeded stress. Haley quickly corrected the matter. Thanks! More

Went in for a front end clunk. Ended up being the tire shop just didn’t tighten down a wheel so they get points for being honest. Marked up that I needed a cabin air filter for $70 Ended up being the tire shop just didn’t tighten down a wheel so they get points for being honest. Marked up that I needed a cabin air filter for $70 (complete scam to drop the glove box and pull it out and swap another in but that’s how dealers go. Actual problem was solved though so I’m happy.
