Groove Subaru - Service Center

I have a platinum service package with Groove Subaru. Yet, they can service only the oil when the car is submitted? How could they not look right next to the oil cap and see that the car was below low on Yet, they can service only the oil when the car is submitted? How could they not look right next to the oil cap and see that the car was below low on radiator fluid as well as window washing fluid? It took my wife 2 minutes to add in fluids. My wife did that!
