It just felt a bit wrong to come into my appointment 15 minutes early and leave almost 2 hours later to just find out the part(an air vent cover) is not in stock. Then I was told it would be another 4-5 da minutes early and leave almost 2 hours later to just find out the part(an air vent cover) is not in stock. Then I was told it would be another 4-5 days and another appointment that will take another 1-1.5 hours to replace it. Mind you, this part can be taken out and placed in the car in less than a minute. It sounds like the company itself is booking itself out to too much without calling the customer to inform or better yet reschedule them for a better experience. More

I was not happy with the way that they notified me of what else was wrong with my car. I cam in for an oil change and brakes and told them I would wait. They just assumed that I wanted $600+ of optional service when I came in for my prepaid service. And that was after I declined a few things that I was at least asked about.
