Monday I was told my part would arrive Thursday and if I did not hear anything then I should call. Brought my car in prior to warranty expiration. The transmission issues and clicking sound with turning was never fixed. Got my car back with grease marks and the AC stopped working after their work. Called right when I picked it up to notify and get a plan to fix the AC, but no call back. The whole experience changed my mind about Groove. My warranty is now expired. I spent almost $1000 and will trade in elsewhere. More

Dealership also did quick inspection on car and presented findings. I declined all additional work. Upon request service manager provided a prioritized check list of items requiring future attention. Felt no pressure when discussing future needed actions. Dealerships make money selling service but didn‘t feel manipulated into taking additional service. Nice experience. More
