I was not happy with the way that they notified me of what else was wrong with my car. I cam in for an oil change and brakes and told them I would wait. They just assumed that I wanted $600+ of optional service when I came in for my prepaid service. And that was after I declined a few things that I was at least asked about. I called to get my tires rotated because they did not rotate them when my oil was changed. I talked to the general manager. He had Brian call to set up the appointment Brian would be in the office for 10 rotate them when my oil was changed. I talked to the general manager. The service manager set up the appointment for the rotation and wash. Grove picked up my car. I think they rotated the tires they certainly didn’t wash it. Although Joshua commented on how pretty my car was and they vacuum as well. When My car was returned there was the same bird poop on the door. Still horrible service. More
