I was not happy with the way that they notified me of what else was wrong with my car. I cam in for an oil change and brakes and told them I would wait. I called to get my tires rotated because they did not rotate them when my oil was changed. I talked to the general manager. The service manager set up the appointment for the rotation and wash. Grove picked up my car. I think they rotated the tires they certainly didn’t wash it. Although Joshua commented on how pretty my car was and they vacuum as well. When My car was returned there was the same bird poop on the door. Still horrible service. More
