Service has been terrible it’s been one excuse after another with no regard to our time. Twice now we have been told we had a loaner vehicle by our service rep to find out they didn’t have one. They do not push Service that is not needed, but do give you a heads up on work that will be required within the next six months or so (based on mileage). It just felt a bit wrong to come into my appointment 15 minutes early and leave almost 2 hours later to just find out the part(an air vent cover) is not in stock. Then I was told it would be another 4-5 da minutes early and leave almost 2 hours later to just find out the part(an air vent cover) is not in stock. Then I was told it would be another 4-5 days and another appointment that will take another 1-1.5 hours to replace it. Mind you, this part can be taken out and placed in the car in less than a minute. It sounds like the company itself is booking itself out to too much without calling the customer to inform or better yet reschedule them for a better experience. More
