They performed an unauthorized service and left the interior full of greasy hand prints! After the vehicle was originally brought in for two(2) recall repairs, I authorized an oil change and a new batt interior full of greasy hand prints! After the vehicle was originally brought in for two(2) recall repairs, I authorized an oil change and a new battery purchase to fix a power steering issue. My total bill out of pocket was over $1,061.00! And the interior was absolutely filthy!!! One of their porters tried to clean up the dirty interior, but told me it would be an extra charge to have the interior detailed. That's a bunch of BS!!! Considering this dealership caused the problem! I'm seriously considering hiring an attorney!!! More

I just had my car serviced at Groove Subaru. Trent was my assigned service rep. I dropped my car off on 1:30 pm on Friday and was not contacted once by Trent. I had to call many times to try to Trent was my assigned service rep. I dropped my car off on 1:30 pm on Friday and was not contacted once by Trent. I had to call many times to try to get an update on my car and finally drove to the dealership on Saturday to speak to them in person. I was never informed on Monday about the service provided for my car and was available for pick up. This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. I even talk to the Service manager and he said that Trent had contacted me which was obvious a lie or he called a wrong number. I do not recommend Trent for a service rep or Groove Subaru service department. More
