We always love how Grove is consistently courteous and always keeps us updated and informed in real time. I was charged over $15 for a shop fee on service of less then $100 with coupon. This is over 15% and smacks of surcharging. I can understand a $5 shop charge, but a percentage based on cost of service seems then $100 with coupon. This is over 15% and smacks of surcharging.
