I waited for over 2 hours beyond my appointment time to find out service hadn’t even started on the oil change. And hadn’t checked the washer tubing to give me a quote. Took the lLyft home. Later I was pre find out service hadn’t even started on the oil change. And hadn’t checked the washer tubing to give me a quote. Took the lLyft home. Later I was presented with a list of things already completed. My washer tubing quote was $360, I eventually got it repaired for $64. Before my Lyft arrived I saw them take my car back to the service bays 3 hours later to start my oil change. More

Inaccurate tire measurements were reported. Inspection sheet states LF=2, RF=3, LR=5, RR=4. I measured tread as LF=5, RF=5, LR=7, RR=6. Brake pad measurements were correct but the pic of the re Inspection sheet states LF=2, RF=3, LR=5, RR=4. I measured tread as LF=5, RF=5, LR=7, RR=6. Brake pad measurements were correct but the pic of the rear brakes does not show the pads, just a pic of the caliper. Also we had a wheel alignment done but we were not given a printout of the alignment specs/readings. Given that they measured the tires incorrectly, how do we know they did the alignment correctly? More

I called Groove for an appointment and was able to get one for the very next day! Everyone was so nice while I got checked in and settled in the waiting area. They were able to diagnose my car quickly, ha one for the very next day! Everyone was so nice while I got checked in and settled in the waiting area.
