After two trips trying to use express oil lube, I made an appointment for an oil change and said I was waiting. I waited 2 hours for an oil change. When they brought me the car, it was making a rattling so appointment for an oil change and said I was waiting. I waited 2 hours for an oil change. When they brought me the car, it was making a rattling sound. They said they would take it back and look for the cause. After approximately another hour they found a broken bracket. The manager said he was going to see if they could find the part and work something out because it was not a normal piece to have broken. After 7 business days of not hearing anything, I called and left a message. I still have not heard anything back a week later. I have received a couple of please rate us. More
