All my service experiences to date have been fine - until my current engagement. After multiple months of delay, I received word from Groove Subaru they were prepared to service a Subaru Recall concerning a my current engagement. After multiple months of delay, I received word from Groove Subaru they were prepared to service a Subaru Recall concerning a transmission defect. My car has been sitting at Groove Subaru for multiple weeks. No doubt corporate Subaru owns the delay in delivering parts, and may be the root cause of poor communications. But the bottom-line customer experience has been very disappointing - with no end in sight. More
