The upselling to buy maintenance plans is ridiculous. They even persisted after telling me the previous plan I purchased expired earlier this summer and I had 1 oil change left on it that they wouldn’t They even persisted after telling me the previous plan I purchased expired earlier this summer and I had 1 oil change left on it that they wouldn’t honor. Seeing as how COVID was going on during the maintenance plan and people weren’t driving as much, it should have been extended and honored. Next time I will only work with Brett Tossie who always makes it right. More
