The people who work there are polite but it can take up to two weeks to get an appointment. I had my car battery die over the cold weather. I had came in about 3 weeks earlier to have an oil change and wi to two weeks to get an appointment. I had my car battery die over the cold weather. When you call to make an appointment to get your car fixed its two weeks out. They should at least tell you how terribly slow their service is when you pay for the extra warranty More
