My salesman Ty was able to answer all my questions and personally showed me what accessories look about all the questions I had for my new Crosstrek. Terrible customer service. I made an appointment 2 months in advance for an oil change and to switch out summer tires for snow tires. The night before I brought my car in, they I made an appointment 2 months in advance for an oil change and to switch out summer tires for snow tires. The night before I brought my car in, they told me it may take 4 days to complete. These services do NOT take 4 days to do. They said that the appointment date and time is a “drop off” time. They don’t say how long it will take. And since they take walk-ins, that person may be serviced before you that has an appointment. Make sense? NO! It is not one staff member at Groove, but their policy in general that is VERY disappointing. More
