Groove Subaru - Service Center

My battery died. I found there was a recall. I went to groove to have it checked. When I returned to pick up the car, I was told the battery was fine and that I ne I found there was a recall. I went to groove to have it checked. When I returned to pick up the car, I was told the battery was fine and that I needed a $110 positive battery cable connecter. When I came to pick it up after it had been checked and charged, it was dead. The service guy jumped me so I was able to get home. I changed the cable connector. It was dead within a week. I bought a new battery. It is fine now. I wonder if you actually checked anything. More

I went to Groove Subaru and my advisor cured me of a horrible alignment. They were able to perform it in a more than beautiful timeframe, and they filled my heart with joy and acceptance. The turnaround for an oil change & rotation was impressive at about 45 mins. But when I later opened my glove compartment I discovered that they failed to reconnect the damper hook that prevents th impressive at about 45 mins.
