Didn't have parts to fix safety recall. Did not notify me of this until I showed up. Got skipped in line by several vehicles bc lines were not clear. Upon arrival, I told staff that my wiper fluid was completely empty bc they have not been filling it during service. I was told they would note this and ensure it was filled. It was not- totally empty again once i got home and checked. Techs recommended I replace all 4 tires when the tires are fine. Upon picking up vehicle, the staff member did not know any details or safety recommendations associated with the Ascent recall (well documented in the news). It is recommended to park outside bc the car can catch fire so it is a fire hazard to your house if parked in garage. It is the middle of winter and they said they won't have the part until 1-2 months hopefully and that i am responsible for contacting the dealership regularly to see if they have the part. So i have to choose between leaving my car outdoors for months in the Colorado winter or exposing my wife and young children to a fire hazard. I asked once again about wiper fluid and she just said "oh well your car is already ready" and handed me my keys. I found my car on the side of the building (they are supposed to prep it and pull it around for you) and the plastic wrap was still on my seat and a paper number tag. I removed them myself and placed in a random trash can in the parking lot and left. The service was relatively quick and the coffee machine is nice so I award 2 stars. Everything else is very underwhelming, especially when you expect more professional and knowledgeable service from a dealership where you pay a premium. More

I've never experienced such terrible customer service before. Service and parts said my radio has not come in yet. It has been close to 6 months now and I have been forced to drive around in an unsafe ve before. Service and parts said my radio has not come in yet. It has been close to 6 months now and I have been forced to drive around in an unsafe vehicle because the only assistance I have received is a $900 SOA coupon for rental assistance. That only covered a month's worth of a rental car. I called the dealership on Arapahoe and they said they can get my radio in within 5 business days. Both Groove and Arapahoe buy from United radios. Rep from Arapahoe said they have been getting a lot of radios in within the past few months as well. I am absolutely shocked and feel as though I was treated differently because of my persistence and self-advocacy. I will be going to the press with this information - this is not customer advocacy and vehicle safety that SOA or Groove prides itself on. More
