Hello, our Service team has spoken with you last week. The radio in question is on National back order and has been for some time. Your vehicle was picked up last week. We have been in communication with you. Our Service Department called CAD on your behalf and that is how you got the voucher. We understand you feel as if you should be able to have a rental for free and SOA has set a threshold which we have to abide by. The Arapahoe Subaru Dealership is not wrong in that most radios only take approximately 5 days to arrive. Unfortunately yours has been on order since 9-15-22. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately at this time we do feel we have done everything in our power to assist here.
