Have had good luck with Groove Toyota. Decided to try Groove Subaru nearby. Six days..... Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, Jan 10 at 7:15 AM to see whether there was an exhaust leak o Decided to try Groove Subaru nearby. Six days..... Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, Jan 10 at 7:15 AM to see whether there was an exhaust leak on my 2017 Forester. Got a call rescheduling for Thursday, Jan 12, at 11:30 due to labor shortage. Thursday, Jan 12, Day 2 - Arrived at 11:15. Told to go home instead of waiting as I had originally planned and service advisor would call. Called Groove in the afternoon requesting status. Advisor called back saying tomorrow morning. Friday, Jan 13, Day 3 - Called Groove at 11:00 AM and left message that I would pick up the car between 2 and 3 whether done or not. Got a call back at 1:46 saying that an exhaust leak had been found, that Subaru would pay for it and that the car wouldn't be done until Monday. I did not ask whether the car was driveable, but gave in to the Monday date. Monday, Jan 16, Day 6 - Advisor called at 10:00 AM to say car was ready. I can understand the rescheduling. I can't understand waiting to look at the car until I threatened to take my business elsewhere or taking so long to fix the problem after having finally gotten the car apart. More

My appointment was for noon. I dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning and told them I would pick it up at 5 PM. I was very frustrated because I had a noon appointment time and left the car all day and they said that they were not going to get it done on time. After I expressed my frustration, they found somebody to do it by 5:15. More
